In general, items are accepted for exchange if they are returned in salable condition and within 30 days of purchase, only at the VKX Diamond location or online store where the product was purchased. Products with altered sizes, engravings or signs of use will not be accepted for exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and with the purchase documents.
